Considering we all started out not having a clue what we're going to do or make, with the help of Vicky's directions we all dove right in on our projects. Of course, it didn't hurt to start out with a glass of wine. Here's Sandy and Marge with a glass of wine and foam ball.

We got the tour of the basement and some specific instructions on using the materials - paints, brushes, glue, glitter, etc. I'm not exactly sure what Vicky's holding here.

Here we are getting down to work. I'm a little mad at myself for not actually getting close-ups of the final art work. Sandy made a really nice center piece out of pine cones, ribbon and berries and I never got a shot of it. Also, Vicky came up with the idea for Marge to make plastic baggie drying stands. They came out really nice.

Vicky's definitely the most artistic of the group. Her painted styro balls were very professional looking.

Here I am. My painted pinecones were probably the least imaginative but, hey, I relaxed, had some wine and a great time.

Here we are on break with pizza and more wine. The pizza was delicious.

We even had a guest participant (no John, you can't join MaMaJuSaVi). His art project wasn't very imaginative - really, no pine cones and sparkles, come on John!

This is the best shot I have of the finished art work. Like I said, I should have taken a couple of good close-ups.

MaMaJuSaVi! We really missed you Mare.

Excellent Jul! Thanks for posting the pics. I know I certainly had a great time--although the ride home from Vicki's seemed to take forever!!!
