okay - I'm really trying to get this blogging down......
next, I will have to figure out how to get a photo up on my profile page.
Sa - the pierogi were great. Sorry I had to loose them a couple of hours later!
We are doing pretty good. Full attendance lately for girls' night.
Roseland definitely on the agenda for next get-together.
Ma - the photos from the 'see ya later' party are great.
did you send to Lizzie?
I love you guys!

Ma, too funny. Did you mean to say "loose" the pierogis, or "lose" them... either way, I guess the result was the same!
LOL
OK, so I am going to provide the minutes of last night's MAJUSAVI meeting for those who arrived late and had to leave early... Here are the stats:
- 3 calls from Ben (or Big Ben, as I call him, or Benjie, as MA1 calls him, or Guy in My Wedding Picture, as SA calls him - well, actually, she says other stuff too but I cannot post that here..)
- 4 courses of dinner - Borscht (sp?), salad, pierogi and cake - how Polish are we??
- 6 conversations about critters (pesky squirrels - BB guns are in order; rotten deer; hedgehogs, woodchucks - how much wood could a... oh never mind; mice, and I think there was one more...)
Chitchat was good - I learned a lot about why I am still not convinced I should be on Facebook. More about who you DON'T want to connect with than who you do! Besides, I'm with Vi on this one - in person communication rules. Technology be damned!!
OK, now I intend to insert a little commentary on the see ya later party.. will post photos that I can offer delightful captions for....

Sorry, I guess I am not done rambling. More minutes from last night's discussion, then you all can chime in. For now, pipe it.
- The joys of parenting. Ah yes, who remembers the days when we went 4-wheeling and came home with muddy jeeps, but all essential vehicular parts intact? I say, if that's the worst that happens, you are Parent of the Year.
- The Next Bestseller, or, MA2, it's for you, Oprah's calling...
So you got the sneak preview on my new brainstorm, brilliant idea, work in progress... hopefully, it finds its way onto paper soon, as I am ready to hit the road. What do you think of this possible title: GOLD RUSH – A Transformational Journey into Finding Life's Most Valuable Treasure -- the Everlasting Love Within the Human Heart..."
Just a working title for now...
OK, I'm done sharing. I will post the Benjamin Extravaganza now.

Mare--I absolutely love the title!!! Don't change it; you should keep it just the way it is.

Right back at you, Ma. Hey, which one is Ma1 and which one is Ma2???
Sorry you lost your wonderful dinner :-(

Yeah, I'm getting confused on the Ma1 and Ma2 thing myself. You're both #1 in my book (if I had a book, which I don't - good luck on the book Mare!).

I think I am MA2. I'm never number one anyway. (Middle child syndrome and all that)...
LOL
So, Sandy likes the first book title I tossed out there (which I cannot take credit for; a very creative friend of mine offered that one up to me). The other possibility I am thinking of is: Across the Country and Through my Heart...
I think the first one is going to be it though. As it turns out, I am going to explore this project through my dissertation, and the possibilities I am thinking of are just awesome. Now I just need to get to work. Stay tuned. The journey has begun...
